What You May Do (Permitted Use)

• Download, copy and customize any template for your own personal job application use
• Share links to our website pages with friends, colleagues and on social media
• Use our templates as reference material for educational purposes
• Quote brief excerpts from our blog articles with clear attribution and a link back to the original page

What You May Not Do (Prohibited Use)

• Resell, license or commercially distribute our templates or content without express written permission
• Upload our templates to other websites, template repositories or digital marketplaces and present them as your own
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding embedded in our materials
• Use automated bots, scrapers or crawlers to bulk-download content from this Site
• Use our brand name, logo or domain in ways that could cause confusion about your affiliation with us
• Reproduce substantial portions of our blog articles without attribution

3. Premium Purchases

Premium kits and individual template unlocks are offered as one-time purchases. Our flagship Professional Kenya CV Template remains free to use. When you buy:

• Your purchase licence is personal: use and edit the files for your own job applications as much as you like
• You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves, or the access link delivered to you
• Files are delivered electronically at the time of purchase (on-screen and by email); no physical items are shipped
• If a file fails to open or download, contact us within 7 days for a fix or full refund
• Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider (HashBack - M-PESA)

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including CV templates, article text, graphics, logos, icons and design elements — is the intellectual property of KenyaCVTemplates.co.ke or its content contributors, and is protected under Kenya's Copyright Act (Cap. 130) and applicable international copyright law.

When you download and customize a template for personal use, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that template for your own job search. Ownership of the underlying template design remains with KenyaCVTemplates.co.ke.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All templates, articles and advice on this Site are provided "as is" for general informational purposes only. We make our best effort to keep content accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Whether using our templates will result in job interviews or employment
• The accuracy of salary information, legal references or employer requirements mentioned in our articles

• The uninterrupted availability of the Site

Employment outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We are not a recruitment agency and do not guarantee job placement.
